Panel Submission Guide

Step 1: Review Program Submission Timline

  • Program proposals due: DATE
  • Notification to program chairs: no later than DATE
  • Speaker release form and edits to speaker biographies due: DATE
  • Written materials (timed agenda and specialty credit information) for CLE accreditation due: DATE

Late/incomplete submissions will not be accepted. If materials are not received by the CLE deadlines, VGBA reserves the right to remove your program.

VGBA will not be seeking committee/network endorsements during the program proposal submission period. VGBA will be reaching out directly to committees/networks after the submission period to seek endorsements.

Step 3: Call for Speakers and Speaker Database

Interested in speaking at the VGBA Summit without submitting an entire panel proposal? Join our speaker database! Should an opening need to be filled in our program, you may be contacted by VGBA staff. Submit an application here. 

Program chairs seeking additional speakers may contact POINT OF CONTACT.

NOTE: Speakers and moderators may not serve on more than one panel. VGBA may exercise discretion to add, remove, or substitute speakers.

Step 4: Submit | Deadline DATE

No late submissions will be accepted. No exceptions made.
